Move over, Geico. Getting Met online.

I led copy and content strategy for the design and launch of MetLife Auto’s first direct-to-consumer, all-digital product — the industry's first full-lifecycle online auto insurance portal, encompassing quotes, purchase, policy management, and claims processing.

Research showed 80% of consumers don't trust the accuracy of online insurance quotes. So with Geico, Progressive, Esurance, and other online players competing on pure price, we designed around a story of trustworthiness, customer success, and transparency.
